Low Season
(January 5 - December 15)
$225/night or $1575/wk

High Season
(December 15 - January 5)
$300/night or $2100/wk

Reservation Requirements

• Minimum 5 Night booking during Low Season & Minimum 7 Night booking during High Season.
  
  
• To reserve the dates you request we require the first 3 nights deposit. We then require the remaining balance 30 days prior to the date of arrival. No canceling once full payment is made to condo.
  
  
• Payments must be made by credit card only. American Express, Visa or Mastercard.
  
  
• Cancellation fees may be applied if you wish to cancel prior to the 30 day cut off.
